Services offered:

  • Newborn exam (done at age 2-4 days of life)
  • 1-2 week old exam
  • 1, 2, 4 6, 9,12,15,18, 24 month’s exam
  • 3 up to age 18 years old annual exam
  • Sick visits for patients who are 0 up to 20 years and 364 days of age
  • Provider interviews (for new patients or parents that are new to the area)
  • Immunizations
  • Wart removal
  • Asthma consultations
  • ADHD consultations
  • Chronic illness consultations

Mental Health counseling is available for AHCCCS patients one day a week. Check with the office regarding availability.

We have a Care Coordinator from the American Academy of Pediatrics available to assist patients with special services: Care Coordination is about providing services beyond medical to patients and their families. The focus is working with families, a care coordinator, and your doctor to make sure the family’s needs are being met. Care Coordination provides appropriate identification and referral to community resources and services for needs related to:

  • Parenting Classes/Play Groups
  • Health Insurance Assistance
  • DDD/AzEIP/ALTCS help
  • Counseling Services
  • Coordination with Specialist
  • Family Support Services
  • Home Visitation Programs
  • Food Boxes & Housing Assistance
  • Legal Help
  • Speech/Occupational/Physical Therapy
  • Services for Kids with Special Health Care Needs
  • Childcare/Preschool scholarships
  • Sports/Special Olympics information/YMCA scholarships
